GenieTechs provides home technology installation, IT support and smart-home setup for private homeowners and small businesses. Whether you want a single smart speaker set up properly or several devices working together around your home, the aim is the same: technology that works reliably and that you feel comfortable using.

GenieTechs is run by a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), who can help you install, configure and understand a wide range of modern technology — from Wi-Fi and home networking to smart lighting, voice assistants and home security.

We work with customers of all ages and every level of confidence, from younger customers setting up their first connected devices to older residents who simply want practical help making technology easier to use. Every installation is tailored to your home and the way you live, with clear explanations and patient support along the way.

Mains electrical wiring and other regulated work is only carried out where we are appropriately qualified and legally permitted to do so. Where specialist electrical work is needed, we'll recommend you use a suitably qualified electrician.

Talk through what you need over the phone, without charge. If your requirements can be established by telephone, an initial property visit may not be necessary.

Home consultation

£60 one-hour in-home consultation

A one-hour appointment at your property to discuss your requirements, assess the installation and identify a suitable solution.
